IIT ITV Graduate Student Employment Guide
All graduate student ITV's should be done through
the graduate office on-line ITV routing system. Please contact the Graduate
college at 312-567-3024 for instructions.
In addition to completing the ITV process as directed
by the Graduate college, the department will need to ensure the below forms
are completed and forwarded to the payroll office.
These forms must not be turned in individually!
All the completed forms should be forwarded at the same time to payroll office.
