Hello everyone,
Welcome to the IEEE (Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Student Branch at Illinois Institute of Technology known as "IEEE @IIT". It is one of the leading professional student organizations on our campus. Electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, and Computer Science are the most common majors of our members. Our members include both undergraduate and graduate students.
The benefits of joining IEEE @ IIT consists of networking opportunities, and promotion of technological innovation. Also, membership in IEEE looks great on your resume! Our events include general meetings, guest speakers, field trips to companies, social events, resume workshops, special projects, and much more.
The best part is that the branch membership is free. Sign up is available online or at one of our events. You will receive email notification of upcoming events. National membership for students is $30/year.
