Membership Information
Illinois Tech Model Railroaders (ITMR) is located on the sixth floor
of Main Building. The club is open from 7pm to 11pm on Fridays and visitors
are welcome.
If you are interested in joining our club you can send us a mail
message or come up one Friday and meet us personally. Our club is comprised
of both student and alumni members, and friends. New members are welcome.
Persons interested in joining are asked to fill out our membership form
which asks for basic information and model railroading interests. During
subsequent visits, a current member will record the prospective member's
visits on their membership form. After the required number of visits have
been made, a prospective member's membership form will be presented at the
next general meeting for a vote. Prospective members visiting on this day will
be asked to step outside during the voting process. Upon acceptance to the
club, new members will be charged a three dollar ($3) initiation fee. Yearly
club dues are eighteen dollars ($18) and can be paid on a schedule convenient
for the member.
