- Is often reserved for technically skilled managers who need to improve interpersonal/leadership skills
- Delivers an individual assessment report, development plan and personal coaching
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Supports the transition to team-based work processes and/or improves existing team processes and relationships
- May include shared performance assessment systems
- Incorporates skill-based training, including collaboration, conflict resolution and
