The Center's Individual Assessment Service provides comprehensive outpatient evaluations for geriatric, adult, adolescent and child cases involving suspected cognitive, intellectual, or psychiatric disorders. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive evaluation of an individual in order to gain knowledge of presenting symptoms or difficulties, and to provide proper treatment recommendations. We identify the client's strengths and weaknesses, and provide compensatory strategies in order to improve quality of life. In many cases, we include support group agencies and other resource contacts for continued care.
