Job Search Coaching

In this difficult job market, more and more people are looking for guidance from books and from career coaches. But most of this advice is generic. Each person has a unique career history, an individual pattern of strengths and weaknesses, and a specific set of problems and opportunities. One size does not fit all.  We utilize brief testing and an interview to quickly pinpoint the specifics of your strengths, weaknesses, and potential value to an employer. Within days, we can then coach you to use a practical job search strategy tailored specifically to your strengths and your most effective selling points.

What you get:

  • Analysis of your unique situation, career history, career strengths, and areas to work on
  • Identification of your value to a potential employer
  • A job search strategy that positions you for today's job market
  • The best "selling" resume and cover letter you have ever had
  • Coaching on how YOU need to network and interview for a job
  • Coaching on how to handle a problem situation at work and related issues that may affect a job search

Program features:

  • Over an hour of specialized tests and surveys to help identify your individual pattern of job search strengths and characteristics
  • Interview with an experienced Ph.D.
  • We write your resume after you give us all relevant information.
