Reporting Options.

The SalesAP computerized report begins with an overall summary recommendation so as to make the quickest use of the major conclusions of this sales aptitude test:

  • Highly recommended for sales.
  • Recommended with areas that could be improved.
  • Not recommended for sales.

The report then shows the individual's percentile rank (adjusted for an overly self-enhancing or overly self-critical profile) on the following SalesAP scales:

The narrative section of the report interprets the respondent's scores and describes characteristics, behaviors, and interests typically associated with those scores, and provides recommendations for improvement tailored to the needs of the individual. Supervisors can use these recommendations to improve performance and motivate, thus increasing productivity and reducing employee turnover.
