MENTORING

The SOAR Mentoring Program provides a unique way for students to learn the skills it takes to survive their four years at IIT as well as an opportunity for alumni to stay in touch with the life of their alma mater. Mentoring is one of the special benefits offered to SOAR members. Through the connection with an alumnus/a, a SOAR member has the chance to learn about another individual's years at IIT and ways to succeed. The student will also be able to learn about possible career interests or other post-college opportunities that might be available. At the same time, the student will be able to inform and engage their mentor in the life of the campus.

Students and alumni will be matched based on similar interests, academic major, and background.  If you are interested in participating in the Mentoring Program, please complete an interest form.
