Professor Charles Braucher and students participated in the Humanscale Wildlife Mask auction and design competition in October, 2001, to benefit the World Trade Center Disaster Relief Fund and the World Wildlife Fund. Out of 76 entries from all over the world, Michael Ng, a freshman at the College of Architecture, was one of the three winners chosen for his innovative design and use of environmentally friendly materials. The auction raised over $13,000 for both the World Wildlife Fund and the World Trade Center Disaster Relief Fund.
