To ensure a focused implementation of Banner at IIT, a team of leaders from Human Resources, Finance, Registrar, Communications and Marketing, Office of Technology Services, Financial Aid and other key departments, has been assembled to plan and execute the different phases of Banner over the next two years. Each Core Project Team member will manage the implementation of a particular module with the help of IIT staff members who have specialized knowledge, termed Subject Matter Experts (SME).
