The IIT community relies on the university's technology to access academic and administrative resources. Office of Technology Services (OTS) develops, manages and maintains IIT's primary technology systems including administrative systems, network infrastructure, technology classrooms, computer labs and distance learning systems. OTS staff is committed to supporting the technology needs of the IIT community and is dedicated to providing timely and professional service
The weekly OTS Maintenance Window is Friday, 9:30 pm through Saturday 8 am. During this time, some IIT technical services may be unavailable.
