Call Center Tests for Financial Services
The Center provides a suite of computer-based tests tailored for customer service jobs in the financial services industry. Our on-line tests simulate the most important job tasks for front-line and call center employees in banking, insurance, investment, and credit union operations. These work sample tests provide such a realistic portrayal of the job that you are able to virtually evaluate an individuals' ability to perform the job before you hire them.
Tasks included in financial services simulations are: customer greeting, needs assessment, call transfers, caller verification, data entry, information retrieval, updating accounts, change order processing, and customer conflict resolution.
