    Teller and Personal Banker Inventories

The Teller and Personal Banker Inventories measure the following behaviors and experiences:

    • Communication
    • Sales Motivation
    • Customer Service
    • Tolerance for Routine
    • Meeting Deadlines
    • Technology Orientation
    • Teamwork
    • Problem Solving
    • Optimism
    • Numerical Aptitude
    • Detail Orientation
    • Cultural Sensitivity
    • Conscientiousness

The Teller and Personal Banker Inventory uses a weighted scoring method for each item to form a powerful predictive equation for selecting high performing tellers and bankers with low probabilities of turnover. In contrast to personality questionnaires and employment interviews, biographical data are unlikely to be falsified since much of the information can be verified through employment and academic references. For this reason, biographical information is among the most reliable and valid measures for predicting job performance.
