- Utilizes an assessment and feedback-driven process
- Is behavior-based and focuses on developmental action planning
- Is often reserved for technically skilled managers who need to improve interpersonal/leadership skills
- Delivers an individual assessment report, development plan and personal coaching
Team Development
- Supports the transition to team-based work processes and/or improves existing team processes and relationships
- Incorporates skill-based training, including collaboration, conflict resolution and process facilitation
- Includes team building to define roles, boundaries, and expectations
- Includes experiential exercises to improve team communications and enhance the quality of team relationships
