How Strategic Partnerships Work
1. You tell us your needs.
Our focus is on providing customized solutions, exceptional service, and responsiveness to partner needs and requests. As such, you tell us what you need and we will respond to meet those needs.
Our web-based services include a flexible survey system for all your organization survey needs, a customizable 360-degree feedback system, and an action planning tool that can be used in conjunction with either organizational surveys or individual assessments. We also have standardized, norm-referenced surveys and 360-degree feedback tools that you can leverage. As part of our focus on measurement for human resources, we also offer statistical and psychometric expertise for projects that require such skills.
2. We put together a team.
As a strategic partner, you will have a single project manager dedicated to your projects. The project manager will compile a team of Center staff members to work with you on your project. Our staff includes Industrial /Organizational psychologists, faculty members from the College of Psychology, and graduate students training in I/O psychology. Learn more about our team.
