During business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm. If you feel you need to speak with someone urgently or are in an emergency situation, you should call us at 312.567.5900, or walk-in to Student Counseling Services located in the IIT Tower, 10 W. 35th St., 3rd Fl.
NOTE: Walk-in or crisis services are available on the Main Campus only.
During non-business hours, including weekends, there are several options for crisis and emergency situations. All of these options are available 24 hours per day, every day of the week including holidays.
