Resources and Tools
Are you feeling anxious or depressed? If you find yourself withdrawn, struggling to focus in class, having difficulty with eating or sleeping, or are using alcohol to help cope with stress, then you may be experiencing something more-depression, anxiety or a related disorder.
Student Counseling Services provides resources to help you deal with this end-of semester-stress.
The electronic Check-Up to Go (e-CHUG) is a brief self-assessment that provides you with accurate, detailed and personalized feedback on your use of alcohol, and specific information and helpful resources in the Illinois Institute of Technology community.
