    About this Course:
    In this course, the essential operations of the Microsoft Word program providing the user with the skills necessary for basic word processing are covered.

    This course may be taken in MS Office 2003 or MS Office 2007. Course schedule will indicate which version is included in each offering.

    Prerequisites:
    Basic knowledge of the Windows Operating System.

    Who Should Attend:
    This course is valuable for anyone knowing basic word processing and wants to hone their skills. The course introduces many of the formatting features for creating more professional publications and documents. Many of these features are explored during the session.

    Expected Outcomes:
    Participantswill be able to:
    Create documents especially suited for reports and publication.
    Format documents including the adjustment of the documents appearance and the insertion of tables.
