    About this Course:
    The T(arget) E(xplore) D(evelop) O(ptimize) C(ommercialize) Training program is designed to provide necessary tools and techniques to participants in order to innovate new solutions and solve problems innovatively. Corporations and organizations need innovation to develop customer-specific solutions on-demand and in real time. During the training, participants will get an overview of the Breakthrough Innovation (Brinnovation) framework, and practice the T.E.D.O.C. (Target, Explore, Develop, Optimize, and Commercialize) methodology for developing an innovative solution. This two-day training is designed for managers and professionals to learn the T.E.D.O.C. methodology and benefit at their work.

    Prerequisites:

    1. Associates or higher degree of education and at least one year of work experience
    2. Strong communication skills

    Who Should Attend:
    Any experienced professional with at least one year of work experience who would like to be innovative, or contribute significantly to their employer's success.

    Expected Outcomes:
    After completing the class, participants will meet the following objectives:

    1. Understand the need for innovation in the knowledge age

    4. Practice the Breakthrough Innovation methodology (T.E.D.O.C.) for developing innovative solutions on-demand and in real time for businesses
