    About this Course:

    A Train-the-Trainer Program for Teaching Innovation

    Mastering Business Innovation, the Train-the-Trainer program, is designed to provide necessary tools and techniques to trainers for teaching business innovation. The program includes innovation theory, tools, practice, and approach to teaching business innovation. Current and future economic conditions and global sourcing of products and services require continual innovation for sustaining profitable growth for all businesses. Corporations and organizations need innovation to develop customer-specific solutions on-demand and in real time.

    This Train-the-Trainer program presents the Breakthrough Innovation (BrinnovationTM) framework for developing innovative products, services, processes, business models, and solutions. During the training, participants will learn various innovation methods through lecture and cases, practice the T.E.D.O.C. (Target, Explore, Develop, Optimize, and Commercialize) methodology and hone presentation skills using the course material for effective training. The participant will need to pass the Business Innovator Certification test with a score of 80% or higher to become a Certified Master Business Innovator.

    3. Prior teaching, training, or coaching experience

    Any experienced educator or professional with at least five years of teaching or industry experience who would like to be innovation, or teach innovation skills.
