The Biology Division of the Department of Biological and Chemical Sciences at Illinois Institute of Technology seeks candidates for Director of Biology Professional Science Masters (PSM) programs with significant experience at the interface of biology, industry and government. The holder of this non-tenure-track position, effective August 1, 2012, will be expected to administer and develop a growing PSM program at IIT. The successful candidate will hold the academic rank of Senior Lecturer and will teach laboratory and lecture courses within the program and biology department at the undergraduate and graduate level. Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in biology or a closely related field. Industrial experience with regulatory knowledge is highly desirable as course development in this field is a goal.
