Technology in the financial sector is constantly evolving. Technologists are in high demand and companies are extremely selective. New competition, greater market data volume, and impending regulatory demands are some of the driving forces behind industry changes. Firms are trying to maintain their competitive edge by constantly changing their trading strategies and implementing bleeding edge technologies to increasing the speed of trading.

Biographies

Andrew Brimer is Recruiting Manager at Mindspring Partners and owner of ExecXchange.com. He is an entrepreneur, former professional chef and is passionate about all things related to science and technology. Oliver Lang is a financial engineer and an IIT alumni.
