Edit IIT
Edit IIT, directed by professor and chair Kathryn Riley, offers fee-based assistance with editing, proofreading, document design, and preparation of graphs, charts, and PowerPoint presentations. It also provides graduate students in technical communication with a chance to hone their skills in these areas while assisting on projects. All work is supervised and reviewed by Riley. Edit IIT also offers workshops on topics like "Review of Grammar and Punctuation," "Preparing Effective Emails, Memos, and Letters," and "PowerPoint Fundamentals."
Edit IIT's services are available to IIT faculty, staff, and graduate students (with advisor's approval), as well as to external clients. For more information or a free estimate on a particular project, contact riley@iit.edu.
