    Research & Major Accomplishments

    Research interests include advanced lithographic technologies, nanofabrication, nanofluids and nanogels, beam-induced chemistry, x-ray nanocharacterization, nanotomography, x-ray optics, and synchrotron radiation instrumentation. Co-author of over 140 publications.
