The Department of Social Sciences encompasses the disciplines of political science, sociology, anthropology and public administration. The department offers coursework and awards degrees at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. The faculty have special strengths in the fields of American and urban politics, organization and management, policy analysis, and science and technology studies.
