The Department of Social Sciences encompasses the disciplines of political science, sociology, anthropology and public administration. The department offers coursework and awards degrees at the undergraduate level, as well as several joint undergraduate / graduate degrees. Our faculty members have special strengths in American and urban politics, ethnography, migration, organization and management, and science and technology policy.
