    CSRRI Home

    CSRRI promotes, coordinates, and fosters research and educational activities in synchrotron radiation science and related fields at IIT. CSRRI works not only among the core faculty, but also among faculty in other areas and at other institutions across the nation and around the world. CSRRI fosters education in x-ray sciences both at IIT and in the larger scientific community through developing training programs, academic courses and specialized short courses as well as participating in summer schools and training workshops at national and international conferences.

    GAANN Fellowship Program in Synchrotron Radiation Research
    The Graduate Assistantships in Areas of National Need (GAANN) Fellowship Program at IIT supports graduate students who are pursuing Ph.D.'s in physics with a specialization in synchrotron radiation-based research.
