Computer & Software Skills and Training

This training is open to all IIT staff and faculty as well as those non-distance-learning students who are attending classes at one of the IIT campuses. These courses encompass a wide offering of technology training: office suites, presentations, databases, and also technical certification tracks. Course content delivery options include instructor-led classes, network-delivered instruction, and/or a CD library. This is the only training that requires a fee for registration. Professional Training & Development

These courses are relevant to all IIT staff and managers interested in advancing their personal and professional effectiveness. Topics offered focus on interpersonal skills (e.g., team skills, customer service excellence, communication, etc.) as well as knowledge of the university structure and procedures. Course Schedules

Management Training and Development

This curriculum is reserved for current IIT managers with responsibility for supervising at least one staff member. Topics address a variety of leadership challenges, including motivating staff and developing staff loyalty and commitment. Course Schedules
