This seminar will discuss the changing demographics of the population, the losses and the needs encountered during the aging process. Participants will learn more about the services available to the elderly, their family members and the individuals who take on the role of caretaker.

Bio-Data :
Cheryl Gandolfi, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, has worked in the Employee Assistance Program field for 16 years and is IIT/IITRI’s Account Manager with Perspectives. She has facilitated numerous on-site seminars/trainings at client organizations. The seminars cover a wide range of topics including communication, conflict management, coping with difficult people, stress management, eldercare etc.
