These courses are relevant to all IIT staff and managers interested in advancing their personal and professional effectiveness. Topics offered focus on interpersonal skills (e.g., team skills, customer service excellence, communication, etc.) as well as knowledge of the university structure and procedures.

This curriculum is reserved for current IIT managers with responsibility for supervising at least one staff member. Topics address a variety of leadership challenges, including motivating staff and developing staff loyalty and commitment.
