The people of the Institute for Food Safety and Health are what makes "Innovation Through Collaboration" possible—from the cross-discliplinary team of experienced food scientists and onsite researchers from the FDA CFSAN Division of Food Processing Science and Technology, to proactive industry and advisory board members, to knowledgeable administrators and professional staff.
Our mission is to work with all stakeholders in the field of food protection and nutrition to deliver science-based solutions that work.
