If you are unable to resolve your issues using the information on this page, the IIT Support Desk will troubleshoot the technical problems you may experience.

IIT Online course lecture playback requires Windows Media Player or the Microsoft Silverlight plugin installed in your browser.
If you are using Internet Explorer on Windows, the class videos will play in Windows Media Player. If you are experiencing problems with playback, please update Windows Media Player.
For all other Windows and Macintosh users, you will need to install the current version of Microsoft Silverlight.
Linux users can use the Moonlight browser plugin.
At this time, the Safari browser used on Windows operating systems is not supported
IIT Online follows the minimum system requirements for the Silverlight Plugin and Windows Media Player.
Adobe Reader
The free Adobe Reader® is required to access IIT online course materials. If you do not have Adobe Reader, download it from Adobe.com
