The Purchasing Department will be closed on Wednesday, October 10 and will reopen Monday, October 15 at its new location at 3424 State, TC-4th Floor.
During the move period, procurement card applications and purchasing requisitions will be held for processing resuming the afternoon of Monday, October 15.
As always, procurement card issues related to lost or compromised cards are to be reported by the cardholder to JPMorganChase/MasterCard via the customer service phone number on the back of the card: 800/316-6056.
Any other procurement card issues will be addressed on a limited basis until the move is completed and full functionality is restored.
