Assessment & Accreditation

IIT has been accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA) since 1941. Individual academic programs are also accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), the American Bar Association (ABA), the American Psychological Association (APA), the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the Counsel of Rehabilitation Education (CORE), the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE), and the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB).
