I am a:
Illinois Tech is committed to the academic and personal success of all of its students. Students are expected to attend a 2-day Orientation because it leaves them better prepared to achieve academic success and assists in their transition to the university environment. At Orientation, you will learn about the academic and social opportunities and resources at Illinois Tech, meet influential staff members on campus, receive academic advice from Illinois Tech faculty members in your chosen major path, and be shown how to register for classes for the first semester at Illinois Tech. This is also a great time to begin creating friendships with other incoming and current Illinois Tech students as there are many opportunities for socializing during Orientation including a trip to the BOG, our on-campus activity center where you can enjoy a game of bowling, table tennis, video games, and more!
