Who should attend orientation?

All incoming freshman students are required to attend orientation. Families are also invited to attend Family Orientation, which is a separate program that coincides with orientation.

How do I register for orientation?

Online registration for orientation is available at the orientation website here. Registration is only available online.

What if I am unable to attend orientation?

Orientation is mandatory for all new students. Summer Orientation is a unique opportunity to learn about the services available to you, and offers two days of fun activities to help you experience all that IIT has to offer. Limited orientation activities will also be available during Welcome Week for students who were unable to attend a summer session.
