Enterprise Systems
Manages enterprise applications and databases, and develops new systems to interface with these core applications.
Project Management Office
Defines, coordinates and oversees the feasibility and fulfillment of all IIT community inspired technology initiatives.
Technology Infrastructure
Manages the technology backbone of the university including ethernet and wireless networks and multiple data centers.
Technology Support
Responsible for first level technical support to the IIT community. Manages academic computer labs and classroom technology. Provides recommended computer specifications and assists departments with the purchase of PCs, printers and software.
Telecommunications
Provides and supports campus telephone and voice mail systems, as well as cabling for voice and data connectivity. Routes incoming calls from the IIT main number to the appropriate department and person. Manages the institutional wireless telephone and pager programs.
