Support Desk
The OTS Support Desk is the central point of contact for technology support at IIT. Our staff provides technical troubleshooting and administrative support for all students, faculty and staff. The Support Desk Knowledge Base is available to all clients and includes how-to and self-help information for common technical issues and questions.
Members of the IIT community may submit a request for technical support by opening a ticket by using the single sign on icon in myIIT, via email or by calling the Support Desk at 312.567.3375 during business hours.
All resources available to members of the IIT community, such as FAQs, software downloads and training information, are available on the myIIT Training and Support Tab.
Support Desk Hours of Operation:
Summer: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday
Fall/Winter/Spring: 8 AM - 10 PM, Monday through Friday; 12 PM - 5 PM Saturday & Sunday
Computer Lab Rental
Computer Labs are available for rental by organizations and individuals not affiliated with IIT.

Research Data Center
OTS provides and maintains a secure, monitored data storage service available to all IIT research faculty. The primary contact is Scott Bachmann, who can be reached via email at bachmann@iit.edu.
Campus-wide WiFi
Full wireless coverage is currently provided by OTS in all main campus academic and residential buildings. Full or partial access is available in most other main campus buildings.

Tenant Services
