Subject: Retention of Seniority Benefits When Transferring Between Affiliates

It is the intent of IIT and IITRI to facilitate the interchange of staff whenever it is in the best interest of the overall program at IIT Center. A staff member who transfers from one affiliate to another will, if his or her employment is continuous, retain and carry to the new affiliate such seniority, vacation, retirement, and collective insurance eligibility as may have accrued by reason of his or her employment at the previous affiliate.
