The following facilities and related services are available to faculty, staff and eligible dependents upon presentation of a valid identification card. Privileges to faculty and staff may vary.

17.01 Keating Sports Center - facilities include basketball, volleyball and racquetball/handball courts, a swimming pool, fitness center and locker and shower rooms. Outdoors, there are soccer, baseball and football fields, and tennis courts. Contact the Athletics Department (x73296) for details on the facility including hours of operation.

17.02 IIT Libraries - include the Paul V. Galvin Library (x73355) housing the main collection at the Main Campus; the Information Center at the Downtown Campus housing the Chicago-Kent Law Library, Library of International Relations, and the Stuart Business Library (x65600); Graham Resource Center (x78830) for the architecture collection; Ethics Center Library (x76913); Louis Biegler Library (x26050) for the Rice Campus and the Moffett Campus Library (708/563-8160) servicing the food safety and technology community.

17.03 Hermann Union Building - facilities include a cafeteria, auditorium, Faculty Club dining room, BOG (campus pub) and the Rec Center with a bowling alley. Meeting rooms for special events are also available upon request. Contact the Director’s Office at (x73075) for details on the services and hours of operation.

17.04 On-campus Housing - Units ranging from efficiency to 3 bedroom apartments are available to full-time faculty and staff with six months of employment at IIT. Contact the Housing Office at (x75075) to obtain floor plans and other rental information.

17.05 Post Office - is a Post Office Contract Station providing a full range of services on Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call (x73119) for more information.

17.06 Shuttle Bus Transportation - is available between the Main and Downtown campuses and the Union and Northwestern railroad stations. Contact the Public Safety Office at (x86300) for details on the schedule and hours of operation.
