Subject: Personal Business Days |

| 4.01 | The university
recognizes that there are times when personal circumstances require that
an employee be away from work due to an emergency or for personal business.
Dependent on date of hire, up to two (2) days each calendar year will be
granted by the university if the days are requested under the following
conditions:

| 4.02 | If the
personal business days are not drawn in any calendar year, unused
days may not be carried into the following year nor be remunerated upon
separation. |

| 4.03 | Eligibility
- Full-Time Employees (non-union)

| 4.04 | Eligibility
- Part-Time Employees (non-union)
An employee regularly
scheduled at least 23.25 hours per week earns a pro-rated share of 15.50
hours with the same date-of-hire criteria described above for full-time
employees. |

- Union Employees
Union employees are governed by the applicable provisions of the appropriate labor agreement. |
