between IIT and its employees. The sole purpose of the Manual is to describe
IIT'S current policies and procedures. These policies and procedures
are subject to review and change at any time.
The benefits section of this manual applies to all employees but other policies and procedures only apply to non-academic staff. Policies and procedures relating to faculty employment are contained in the Faculty Handbook.
