Rehabilitation Psychology Program - Internships
Following the successful completion of the practicum, you will participate in two semester-long internships. During each internship placement, you will work three days a week in a community-based rehabilitation facility or agency. There, you will gain more experience as a rehabilitation counselor, building on coursework and your practicum experience. You will also take on a larger number of professional roles and gain a better understanding of the work of a rehabilitation counselor.A sample of Practicum and Internship placements:
