For Professors
The College of Psychology offers graduate programs in clinical, industrial/organizational, and rehabilitation psychology. All graduate programs offer didactic, research, and applied experiences, following the Boulder Model of Scientist/Practitioner Psychology Training. An objective of this approach is to provide breadth and depth of training that will comprehensively prepare graduates to function effectively in post-doctoral training, industry, health care, and academia. Graduate Deadlines (Fall Admissions Only)
The Institute of Psychology accepts applications for Fall entrance only. The application deadlines are as follows:
| January 15th | Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology |
| February 15th | M.S. in Personnel and Human Resources Development Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology |
| March 15th | M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Education |
Admission requirements
The College of Psychology accepts applications for Fall entrance only. Applications and supporting documents must be received by each program's deadline (link). Minimum requirements for admission include:
- Bachelor's degree with 18 hours of psychology course work in experimental psychology and statistics
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Minimum GRE (verbal + quantitative) 1000 (writing) 3.0 (not required for MS in Rehabilitation Counseling)
- Letters of recommendation (3)
- Professional statement
- Transcripts from all post-secondary institutions
