The Dean of the College of Psychology is appointed to a six-year term by the Office of the President of the university and reports to the provost. The directorship carries the responsibility of managing all components, functions and aspects of the College.
In addition to its office staff -- who support faculty, students and general operations -- the College of Psychology employs its own recruiting and development personnel.
