Services

Services offered at the Rice campus include help with meeting planning and preparation, menu planning, and technology configuration. We also offer free, lighted parking for over 300 cars, and a full time security guard on duty. For your comfort, the Rice Campus is a smoke-free environment.

Meeting planning: We can arrange to schedule your room usage and breakout session times, and help you with your itinerary. If you need photocopys or faxes, our staff will be happy to assist you.

Menu preparation: We can assist you in planning your menu, and communicating with local caterers and vendors to assure the preparation and arrival of your menu items.

Technology Confirguration: We will work with you to develop software configuration and demonstrations based on your needs. We can show you how to combine your technology with ours to create your ideal presentation
