Evening and Weekend Hours
SHS will not offer our normal evening and weekend hours at this time. Our current hours of operation are Monday's and Wednesday - Friday 8:30-5 pm, Tuesday's from 8:30-7

The Spring semester deadline to turn in waiver, Fall only and enrollment forms is 1/26
Immunization Form
Immunization forms are due 1/26. If you are in need of additional vaccines please contact Health Services. You may view a copy of the form that's needed by clicking our forms tab. A hold will be placed on your account if you failed to comply.

Insurance Card
Your health insurance card for the Spring semester will be mailed out directly from Aetna to your local address provided to IIT as long as you update it before 1/26. To access your temporary insurance card, log on to www.aetnanavigator.com .

As a student of IIT, you are entitled to a wide variety of programs and services. Student Health Services (SHS) is a primary care facility that is sensitive to diversity. You may make an appointment to see the Nurse Practitioners and/or physician as many times per semester as needed, with no office visit charge.
Some services require a minimum fee, but these charges are generally much lower than comparable services provided elsewhere. In order to service our students most efficiently, we ask that you make an appointment to see either the NPs or the physician.
You may also access educational / printed materials provided by the SHS. These materials are designed to help you make informed decisions regarding your health.
No Show Policy:
A “NO SHOW” is defined as missing an appointment without canceling at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Effective August 1, 2007
- First “NO SHOW” will be noted.
- Second “NO SHOW” will result in a $10 fee!
