OTS offers competitive pricing for network and telecommunication service. We provide a full range of robust service levels that correspond to the technology needs of your growing business.Please note: Prices are subject to change on June 1, 2011

Technical Support
OTS provides multiple methods of contacting the Support Desk services. You can access our support staff via phone, e-mail, or the Internet.When you register for our services, we will gather your contact information and issue you with a username and password. If you forget your username or password, call the OTS Support Desk at 312-567-3375 or send an e-mail to tenantservices@iit.edu.
In order to submit a support request via telephone or e-mail, you must be one of the two registered technical contacts that represent your business. For your protection, we will only accept support requests through registered contacts.
If your contact information changes, please update your information through the Support Desk.
Support Desk hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM to 10 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 12 PM to 5 PM (Excluding university holidays. For a complete list of university holidays, click here).
