IIT Tower
IIT Tower is located on the landmark 120-acre Main Campus of Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), just four miles south of downtown Chicago. IIT Tower is a 20-story concrete and glass building--the only mixed-use, high structure of its kind in the area. University Technology Park at IIT and a variety of mixed-use tenants, ranging from social and government agencies to research startup companies, currently occupy the building. Also located within the Tower is IIT Research Institute, which provides non-clinical research and development services to the United States government and sponsors in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and chemical industries.
