IIT Tower is a 20-story reinforced-concrete structure with a façade of exposed concrete and insulated glass windows. The building contains 385,921 gross square feet with 18 floors of occupancy and a lower-level basement. Space can be customized to meet tenant’s specific needs.
Served by four passenger elevators and one freight elevator.

Auditorium
The first floor features a 250-seat auditorium with an independent heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system.
Parking
IIT Tower provides parking to tenants and visitors, with 500 outdoor spaces located directly opposite the Tower in a secure, fenced lot. The lot is open 6:30 am - 10 pm. Paid parking is available for daily, monthly and annual fees. Additional ADA-compliant parking is available adjacent to the building.
Security
IIT Tower features a state-of-the-art security system complete with a fire alarm evacuation system. A 24-hour door guard controls building access and provides visitor information.
